(b) To the best of our belief there is no other existing trade union previously registered the name of which is identical with the proposed name or so nearly resembles the same as to cause confusion.

The manner of the dissolution of the union and the disposal of the funds available at the time of dissolution.
Note. The rules of every registered union must make provision for the matters
listed in column 1 above.
